**Key Responsibilities**:
**Troubleshooting** - Perform **remote diagnostics & issue resolution**
**Help Desk Ticketing** - Track & resolve **support requests efficiently**
**System Management** - Install & configure **hardware, software, networks & peripherals**
**Active Directory & Microsoft 365 Management** - Administer **user accounts, permissions & configurations**
**Documentation** - Maintain & update **user guides & training materials**
**Training & Mentorship** - Coach & train **junior Support Specialists**
**Inventory Management** - Maintain **IT asset records in FreshService**
**Vendor Collaboration** - Engage with **third-party providers for support & escalation**
**Client Engagement** - Schedule & manage **client appointments & support sessions**
**Continuous Learning** - Follow the **Microsoft training path & achieve certifications**
**Team Collaboration** - Participate in **meetings & team activities**
**Ideal Profile & Requirements**:
**Degree in Computer Science or IT (preferred)**
**Experience with Windows & Mac operating systems**
**Basic knowledge of Active Directory & Microsoft 365 environments**
**1+ years of experience in an IT Help Desk role**
**2+ years of experience in customer service**
**Bilingual in French & English (required)**
