**ENTER THE GAME**

**YOUR ROLE AT BETCLIC**

In this context, your duties are:

- UX Writing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive UX Writing strategy for Betclic's digital products and services, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all touch points.
- User Experience: Collaborate with product teams, designers and researchers to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior, and create content that enhances the user experience, improves usability, and drives user engagement.
- Tone and Voice: Define and maintain the brand's tone and voice guidelines, ensuring that all written content aligns with the brand's personality and values.
- Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, developers to gather requirements, provide input, and deliver high-quality content that meets project goals and deadlines.
- Style Guide and Governance: Develop and maintain a style guide for UX writing, ensuring consistency and adherence to industry best practices. Provide guidance and support to other team members on writing standards.
- Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX writing. Share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.

This job is for you if:

- You have at least 5 years of professional experience as a UX Writer or a related role
- You have excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
- You have ability to adapt writing style for different contexts and platforms while maintaining brand consistency
- You have a user-centric mindset and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- You have strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including designers, product managers, and developers
- You are able to manage a project, even sometimes multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- You have an appetite for user research and know how to conduct product content-related research and testing
- You have knowledge of UX/UI principles
- You have technical aptitude and you're comfortable working with content management systems, design tools, and collaboration platforms such as Figma, Dovetail, Airtable, Phrase, etc.
- You have strong leadership skills that allow you to build a UX Writing team and manage it effectively
- You're able to set up a process and collaborate effectively with localization managers in other countries to adapt product content
- You're fluent in French and English
