Vos missions ?
- Accompagner nos Clients tout au long du cycle de vie de leurs contrats
- Piloter les analyses de risques précontractuelles, et l animation du portefeuille de risques contractuels lors de l exécution du marché
- Suivre l exécution contractuelle des marchés de nos clients (Déploiement d outils pour assurer la traçabilité et l enregistrement des événements et écarts contractuels, support pour l animation de la relation contractuelle : établissement de courriers, mises en demeure, )
- Identifier les opportunités et risques contractuels pour nos clients (analyse SWOT des éléments constitutifs du marché, recensement par le biais des données récolées de l ensemble des écarts induisant un impact sur les délais et financier sur le marché, valorisation de ces impacts

Profil recherché

De formation BAC + 5, issue d une école d ingénieur ou d'une formation juridique vous justifiez d'une première expérience au sein d'un environnement projet industriel.

Forte aisance rédactionnelle et relationnelle.
