As a Nike Direct Loss Prevention Manager - House of Innovation (HOI), Paris, you’ll be responsible for providing investigative, incident management, shrink mitigation and safety strategies to support our Nike House of Innovation store on Champs Elysee, Paris.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

- Deliver risk based and segmented Loss Prevention strategies, as directed by EMEA & Global Loss Prevention, to best protect Nike HOI Paris
- Drive Loss Prevention Programming to store leadership team, providing Loss Prevention expertise and POV
- Analyze shrink drivers [theft, fraud and operational] and conduct investigations, directed by the District Loss Prevention Manger (DLPM) Paris, to resolve issue while implementing mitigation strategies to deter future loss
- Identify business opportunities regarding Physical Security and implement future facing and innovative solutions under the direction of EMEA LP team
- Provide incident and crisis management support to the store team, ensuring the safety of employees and consumers and the continuity of business
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with store leaders to include: NAX [training], Store Construction, Legal, ER, HR, etc.
- Under the direction of the DLPM Paris, work closely with Store Construction teams to ensure that Physical Security Standards and Guidelines are met during store remodel projects
- Manage relationships with external vendors working in the store to include CCTV, access control, alarms, guard services, etc.
- Occasional regional travel for Loss Prevention team events/meetings

WHAT YOU BRING:

- LPC and/or CFI designations highly preferred
- Extensive experience in Loss Prevention, Security or relevant experience
- A sound knowledge of industry best practices and a view of loss prevention in the ever-changing retail landscape
- Proven presentation and facilitation skills combined with the ability to articulate complex business drivers.
- Experience with Loss Prevention reporting tools (EBR, Case Management) and an ability to use data to back up assumptions and articulate business cases
- Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal
