**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of biocidal regulatory specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Oversee preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers for biocidal products across multiple markets.
- Ensure compliance with national and EU biocidal regulations, keeping up to date with regulatory developments.
- Collaborate with clients to develop regulatory strategies and provide technical support.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery of regulatory projects.
- Promote knowledge sharing, training, and professional development within the regulatory team.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders.
**Key Requirements**:
- Advanced degree in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, or a related scientific discipline.
- Extensive experience in biocidal regulatory affairs, including dossier preparation and submission.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring a team of regulatory professionals.
- Strong knowledge of EU and national biocidal regulations (BPR) and related guidance documents.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, authorities, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
