Rattaché à la Direction des Systèmes d'Information (DSI) du Groupe, vous rejoignez une équipe engagée et dynamique pour piloter et faire évoluer le SI Intranet et les solutions collaboratives internes de FIDUCIAL.

En tant que RSI Junior Open Source & IA, vous êtes à la fois manager, technologue et force de proposition stratégique sur l'évolution du SI autour des technologies open source et de l'intelligence artificielle.

Vos missions principales
- Encadrer et animer une équipe de 12 collaborateurs (ingénieurs DevOps, développeurs intranet,.).
- Superviser les environnements intranet et messagerie interne, en garantissant leur performance, leur sécurité et leur disponibilité.
- Définir et piloter les orientations stratégiques du SI intranet (architecture, interopérabilité, cloud, outils collaboratifs, IA générative, etc.).
- Promouvoir les solutions open source et leur intégration dans l'écosystème FIDUCIAL.
- Identifier les opportunités d'automatisation et d'assistance par l'IA pour améliorer la productivité et la communication interne.
- Contribuer à la veille technologique et proposer des innovations concrètes autour des process, de la data & de l'expérience utilisateur.

**Profil**:

- Formation supérieure en informatique (Bac+5, école d'ingénieurs ou équivalent).
- Une première expérience réussie en management technique ou en pilotage de projets SI (5 ans).
- Maîtrise des environnements Linux, outils open source, systèmes de messagerie et collaboration (BigBlueButton, Jitsi, Matrix, Moodle, etc.).
- Bonnes connaissances en IA appliquée au poste de travail (chatbots internes, automatisation, analyse prédictive, etc.).
- Leadership naturel, sens de l'organisation et goût du travail en équipe.
- Capacité à communiquer efficacement avec les directions métiers et à porter une vision stratégique.
- Connaissance/expérience approfondie des bases de données (dont PostgreSQL), des langages de programmation (dont dot net, Python, typescript,)
