**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
MAXIS GBN was co-founded in 1998 by MetLife and AXA, two of the largest and most trusted insurance companies in the world. In 2016, MAXIS GBN became a joint venture and established itself in London with offices at Monument where it employees an international team of over 60 staff, with another 50 based in 12 locations around the world. At MAXIS GBN, we work with multinational companies to help them deliver employee benefits to their staff around the world. We offer global pooled and captive solutions as well as comprehensive wellness packages. We do this through working with a network of 140 local insurance companies (members) in over 120 markets across the globe. More than 60% of our local member insurers are owned by MetLife or AXA, the other 40% are independent local insurers - all are experts in their markets and help us to find the right solutions for the locally based businesses of multinationals and their employees. Our London headquarters houses support services from global marketing to finance to client reporting and underwriting while working with colleagues based in twelve offices in locations across Europe, the US and Asia.
- The role holder responsible for:

- Actuarial:
- Involved in the development and management of Maxis central products
- Conduct investigations into portfolio data to calculate performance metrics and pricing parameters
- Cooperate with other Maxis departments in addressing any profitability issue or concern
- Calculate and validate some elements included in Maxis quarterly reports to reinsurers

Main mission:
- Calculate and validate the main technical elements of reinsured reserves
- Runs Best Estimate Liability (BEL) calculations for Maxis reinsured portfolio
- Supports specific projects linked to Solvency 2, IFRS17, US GAAP and any other relevant actuarial metric
- Conduct forecasting and historical series analysis to propose corrective actions to specific technical issues detected in the portfolio in full alignment with Technical and Network department
- Supports in the relationship with Axa France / MetLife about specific technical initiatives

**Votre profil**:

- Degree in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Mathematics or other equivalent discipline- At least 3-5 years of experiences in similar or relevant positions is required. Experience in UW is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to manage complexity, strong teamwork capabilities. Detail oriented and proactive approach
- Willingness to work in a truly dynamic and international environment
- Knowledge of insurance/reinsurance industry and of IFRS principles
- Ambition to grow professionally in an international environment
- Expert in Microsoft Office software suite and actuarial tools such as Prophet or equivalent
- Programming language would be an asset as well as experience of SQL queries, dealing with large data sets
- Quick learner, proactive and enthusiast
- Based in Paris or London, fluency in English, French a plus
