Votre Rôle
Au sein de notre usine de Linxens Mantes-la-Jolie vous évoluerez dans le service Qualité. Dans ce cadre, vous aurez la charge d’avancer sur les livrables qualité des projets en termes de tests, de capabilité et de qualification avec les différents clients.
Vos Missions:
Qualité Développement / renforcement des connaissances
Participation à l’avancement de la clôture des phases projets- Participer à la résolution de problèmes en utilisant des méthodologies structurées.- Capitaliser les réalisations pour une standardisation des bonnes pratiques.- Formaliser les tests et les résultats réalisés pour justifier la qualification des projets.- Élaborer les plans de surveillance associés aux nouveaux projets.
Contribution à l’amélioration continue et à la maturité des pratiques au sein des équipes- Auditer les processus liés aux projets pour garantir la mise en place et la pérennité des actions.- Vérifier la complétude des livrables.- Contribuer à la réalisation des lessons learned et à l’intégration des bonnes pratiques dans les procédures existantes.
Référent technique interne sur ses champs de compétence- Bâtir une collaboration forte avec les équipes afin de pouvoir intégrer les améliorations et avancer dans la réalisation des actions- Votre profil_ :_
Diplômé(e) d’une formation supérieure de type Bac+3 ingénierie qualité ou industriel, avec 1 an minimum expérience.
Organisé, curieux, méthodique et autonome, vous appréciez aussi le travail en équipe et vous savez adapter votre communication à un large public. Votre anglais vous permet d’échanger sans difficultés avec les fournisseurs et collègues étrangers.
