**Job Description**:
Due to our continuing growth in the European data center market, Turner & Townsend now seeks to hire a highly skilled and motivated **Sector Lead **who will lead a talented team in the development of a number of large complex data center projects in **Paris.**
The key requirements for this role include:
- Proven track record in program management, with extensive experience in overseeing large-scale data center projects.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a focus on driving the team to achieve its goals.
- Strategic vision and the ability to shape the future of our French and wider European businesses.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with local stakeholders and clients.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering value to clients.
- Sound financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of data center construction and project management principles.
- Familiarity with local regulations and requirements for data center construction in France.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required for this role.
