Today, we are looking for a talented **Market Access & External Affairs Executive Assistant in Apprenticeship **to help us deliver our purpose

Our future apprentice will join the **Market Access & External Affairs EMEA & LAC** (Europe, Middle East, South America and Asia) department based in Puteaux (near La Défense). In a dynamic and international environment, our future apprentice will work closely with the Market Access Director EMEA & LAC, as well as with Legal department, and the Finance Teams of Hemel (UK), Basel (Switzerland) and Paris, but also with our providers.

As an Executive Apprentice Assistant for Market Access & External Affairs EMEA & LAC department, you will be responsible for enhancing and managing the administrative processes of the Market Access & External Affairs EMEA & LAC department:

- **Management and monitoring of the department's budget and invoicing** : creation and follow up of invoicing plan versus invoices received, manage accruals process, understand and allocate expenses and costs in the Market Access budget, in line with the different accounting processes from our Finance department based in Basel, Hemel and Paris
- ** M**anagement and monitoring of the department's contractual relations**: Collect all needed information from providers, follow up of service agreements set up with Legal department, liaise with providers to ensure signed agreement
- ** Management and monitoring of transparency declarations**:

- ** Follow up of Legalisation of price certificates **with Legal Team and Notary
- ** Managing travels and travel expenses **of the Market Access Director EMEA & LAC, and **Organize Market Access team events**

A fluent English level and strong skills in Excel are mandatory for this position. Knowledge in SAP software is a plus.
