Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • You develop business relationships with Vending potential clients/partners and grow the customer portfolio over time to ensure revenue growth, mainly in indirect sales
  • You develop and sustain solid relationships with key clients (existing & new) that bring in the most income for the company.
  • You address & manage key clients blocking points.
  • You act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • You supervise the account teams assigned to each key client.
  • You communicate and collaborate with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients' needs are met.
  • You compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
  • You develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and propose customized solutions when necessary if it makes business sense
  • You are responsible for all commercial activities including contract renewals, pricing negotiations and ultimately achieve revenue targets.
  • You create strategic business and quarterly account review plans to further enhance the relationship and profitability.

Signs of success

  • You develop our position in the Self-Services & Mobility FRENCH markets with strong revenue growth
  • You become the expert in these markets for our customers and in front of internal stakeholders

For Skills We Can't Do Without

  • You have graduated University degree in Business Management
  • French as native language
  • Mandatory requirement fluency in written and spoken business English
  • At least 3 years of Sales experience in the payment industry
  • You have a strong commercial drive, combined with a market & client focus.
  • You are a skilled negotiator & effective communicator
  • You have an energetic personality with a positive approach and eagerness to develop his/her knowledge and skills.
  • You are a self-starter, result driven and are taking initiatives.
  • You are flexible, able to work in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • You have the ability to build rapport with key clients and Capability to build relationships.
  • You have a university degree in Business Management or any relevant discipline.
  • You are willing to travel on average 2 or 3 days a week.
  • You are Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • You have experience in Parking, EVC, Vending, Transport, Carwash, Self-Services, …
  • You have sophisticated skills in Payment methods (In store, On line , Acquiring, Omnichannel, ….)

  • You have proven sales track record in payments and the ability to handle multiple client accounts
  • You have skills in Indirect Sales
  • You have skills in Parking & EVC, Vending market, Transport, Self-Services
  • You must have a great team spirit, and collaboration with team
