**Description du poste**
Dans le cadre du développement des activités de notre client industriel, nous sommes à la recherche d'un **Project Control Manager H/F**.

**Missions**:

- Élaborer et maintenir les plannings détaillés de projet (planning maître et plannings secondaires)
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes d’ingénierie, d’approvisionnement et de construction pour coordonner les activités
- Développer et gérer les budgets de projet en collaboration avec les parties prenantes
- Assurer le suivi des engagements financiers, des dépenses et des écarts budgétaires
- Mettre en place des outils et indicateurs de performance (KPI) pour un suivi efficace des coûts
- Préparer des rapports d’avancement pour les clients et la direction, incluant des analyses de risques, des projections et des plans d’action
- Analyser les variations par rapport aux prévisions initiales (coûts, délais, ressources)
- Identifier et évaluer les risques liés aux délais, aux coûts ou à la portée du projet

**Qualifications**
- Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent en gestion de projet, génie industriel, pétrochimie ou discipline similaire
- Minimum **8 ans d’expérience** en gestion ou contrôle de projets dans le domaine de la pétrochimie ou des industries connexes
- Bonne maîtrise des projets d’envergure, avec une expertise en ingénierie, construction ou gestion d’actifs industriels
- Connaissance approfondie des normes et standards de l’industrie pétrochimique
