**What you do**:

- You **inspire and lead** your team without hugging the limelight. Instead, you see yourself as a roadblock remover and cultural keystone for your team.
- You **align your product roadmap** with stakeholders on all levels of the company. You don’t shy away from difficult discussions about your product, quite the contrary - you embrace them by arguing with insights derived from data to convince others, not with opinion alone.
- You’re a **problem solver**. You don’t wait for others to fix it, you proactively use your position in the eye of the storm to identify improvements wherever you think they may help you or your team.

**Qualifications**:

- You have proven that you can produce **successful outcomes for a product** over several years in a fast-moving environment.
- **Experience in working with Researchers and Designers** to figure out user needs, experiment, and build user flows based on the insights you generate.
- **Experience in building relationships** with executive stakeholders.
- **Affinity for marketplaces** and the dynamics that power them.
- **Ability to influence and lead** cross-functionally and lead without authority.
- You s**peak and write English fluently**. Speaking German or French is helpful, but not mandatory in any way.
