To request an accommodation, please contact a member of the Ceva Talent Acquisition team. **Your missions**: **Key Responsibilities**: ***Project Management**: Lead and manage Industry 4.0 projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. **Stakeholder Communication**: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, from key users to senior management and across departments, to ensure project alignment and transparency. **Scope Management**: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure all projects adhere to these parameters. **Resource Allocation**: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met. **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. **Quality Assurance**:Ensure all digital projects meet the highest quality standards and align with GMSQ guidelines and objectives. **Reporting**: Provide regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior management. **Budget Management**: Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used efficiently and effectively to meet project goals. **Your profile**: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience delivering digital projects on time and in full as a project manager. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools in the indutry Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in project management software and digital tools. Experience with change management and agile methodology. Fluent in English and French. Preferred skills: PMP or PRINCE2 certification. Experience in the manufacturing, supply chain, and quality domain. Experience with MES, LES, LIMS, or ERP systems.
