Context presentation: AXA XL is recruiting an Assistant Underwriter in Casualty (local policies). AXA XL is the division of AXA dedicated to insuring large enterprises and specialized risks.

Our teams design targeted solutions to cover the risks, from the most common to the most complex, of our clients. We are committed to helping them anticipate, prepare for, and prevent losses, or mitigate their impact, and to recover quickly in the event of a claim. As an Assistant Underwriter, your role will involve significant responsibilities:

- Providing efficient and high-quality support for underwriting activities.
- Managing contracts from A to Z, from issuing contractual/documents to monitoring reinsurance.
- Promoting AXA XL's services and management offers to our clients/brokers.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Calculate expected revenue forecasts in collaboration with underwriting.
- Ensure efficient and accurate calculation of insurance/reinsurance premiums and their issuance.
- Ensure the issuance of contractual documents in compliance with the latest legal directives, underwriting/management rules, and ensure their archiving and monitoring in the dedicated document management tool.
- Act as the main point of contact for our clients/brokers and respond promptly to their requests.
- Collaborate with various departments and participate in internal/external meetings.

- You have initial experience (e.g., through an apprenticeship) with a broker or a P&C insurer.
- You want to join a large international company.
- You demonstrate excellent analytical skills.
- You have strong synthesis abilities to process large volumes of information.
- You are a curious, dynamic, independent, and meticulous person.
- You have a professional level of English (English-speaking work environment)
