Financial Analyst

Expectra monaco is recruiting a financial analyst for one of its customers

Main Accountabilities and Duties:

- Performance analysis actuals vs Budget & Forecast, and ad hoc analyses and presentations, for Head of Departments, Management and the Board;
- Development of internal management reports / KPI dashboard with the newly implemented Business Intelligence (BI) tool;
- Support to project implementation (BI, payments etc);
- Contribute to annual budget and forecast processes;
- Support to the forecast of treasury duties such as consolidation of weekly cash flow;
- Preparation and validation of payments in collaboration with the accounting team;
- Participate in internal control process, e.g. monthly sales reconciliation as part of the financial review, contribution to some balance sheet reconciliations (cash related);
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and special projects when requested

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

- At least 4-5 years experience in audit, accounting or management controlling /

financial planning & analysis; more experienced profiles can be considered;
- High Proficiency in Excel and Outlook;
- Fluent in English and French (written and verbal);
- Comfortable to work with systems, Sage experience (X3, SEI) is a plus;
- International experience dealing with different cultures, preferred;
