Ce que nous ferons ensemble

Vous serez rattaché(e) à la direction Marketing de la filiale France, sous la responsabilité de la Trade Marketing Officer.

Vous aurez pour missions principales sur les marques Fragrances, de travailler sur les animations prestiges sur les Grands Comptes (Marionnaud, Nocibé, Sephora), les parfumeries indépendantes et les Grands-magasins.

Durant votre alternance, vous aurez pour missions:

- La gestion et le suivi opérationnel des opérations Trade Marketing et animations sur les 4 marques Fragrances du portefeuille : narciso rodriguez, Zadig&Voltaire, Issey Miyake et Serge Lutens
- Aider au déploiement et à la mise en place des opérations Trade Marketing (participation à l’élaboration des briefs, allers/retours sur les BAT, construction de matrices pour envoi de moyens moteurs et assurer la livraison en points de vente).
- Veiller au bon respect des rétroplanning et deadlines.
- Suivre de façon hebdomadaire, les projets Trade Marketing avec les prestataires externes.
- Coordination avec les équipes internes (Marketing, Merchandising, Retail, Formation, Service Client, Commerce).
- Communication auprès de la force de vente pour relayer les opérations.
- L’analyse des performances de la marque
- Etudes et veilles concurrentielles avec préparation d’un rapport concurrence (étude du 360 complet, tournées terrain à l’issu d’animations et lancements clés).
- Rapports hebdomadaires et mensuels des ventes lors d’animations Trade Marketing.
- Participer à la réalisation des présentations feedbacks, suite à la réalisation d’une animation Trade.
- Feedbacks lancements (analyse et rapports à destination de la filiale, mais également de l’EMEA), en collaboration avec la Chef de Produit Marketing.

Qui vous êtes

Profil recherché:

- Formation supérieure bac +4/5 (type école de commerce ou université)
- Rigoureux(se), proactif(ve) et autonome, capacité à gérer plusieurs projets
- Capacité d’analyse et de synthèse
- Doté(e) d’une aisance relationnelle et d’un bon esprit d’équipe
- Maîtrise du Pack Office (Excel et PowerPoint)
- Première expérience de 6 mois souhaitée
