EOS imaging, part of Alphatec Group, is an international company, specializing in innovative imaging and image-based solutions for musculoskeletal pathologies and orthopaedic surgical care. EOS imaging dedicates its efforts and skills to the improvement of patient treatments and outcomes through low dose, weight baring Xray imaging with 3D modelisation.

The Clinical Application Manager APAC is responsible for the clinical education of new or current users via remote or onsite clinical training and support follow up. The role is also responsible for the management of the Clinical Application Specialists team.

**Clinical Application Training**:

- Ensures new installations on-site training and clinical handling of EOS systems and sterEOS workstation in APAC region,
- Supports EOS operators in adapting radiological acquisition protocols (parameters, patient positioning, etc...) and works towards workflow optimization,
- Analysis site feedback from users and systems data (systems versions, image quality, patient recruitment and exam types) and update the utilization database.

**Application specialists team management**:

- Manages the Application Specialists team located in China and Korea,
- Adapt or build necessary tools to optimize trainings efficiency in the region. Regional support
- Supports EOS distributors and users on all clinical and utilization aspects of EOS solutions,
- Supports regional VP for clinically related business development and downstream marketing activities,
- Works closely with International’s Business Development, Product Marketing, Sales and Service teams for business development activities, market intelligence, feedbacks from users, prospects and distributors,
- Participates in conferences, performs EOS and SterEOS demonstrations,
- Participates in recurrent clinical and utilization reviews organised at international level,
- Works as the contact point between the Medical Affairs team and APAC users/KOLs on collaborations follow up,
- Travels frequently primarily within Asia Pacific and occasionally to headquarters

**Skills and Requirements**
- Mandarin and English language mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of orthopedics, musculoskeletal X-Ray imaging environment with skills in IT/connectivity.
- Strong interpersonal and relational skills, good ability to listen, taste for training, patience and dedication to support customers,
- Good autonomy with ease in reporting activities to multiple stakeholders. Enthusiastic team player with strong sharing and supporting skills,
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and a CRM tool,
- Ability to travel up to 70%.
