Senior Product Manager

Sweep is hiring a **Senior Product Manager** to help plan, build and turbocharge the Sweep Platform that helps companies reduce their emissions.

**Ok, sounds promising. What will I be doing?**:
At Sweep, product development is a highly collaborative effort between engineering, design, and our customer-facing teams. From articulating ideas to shipping them as final product features, you’ll be planning and coordinating, making sure all stakeholders are contributing at the top of their game.

As a member of the Product team in charge of growing the Sweep Platform, you’ll be expected to:
**1. Be a catalyst for product development at Sweep**

Take ownership of the product roadmap, strategy, and vision for our B2B SaaS platform, focusing on driving growth and achieving business objectives

Conduct extensive market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product enhancements and system integrations

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and deliver innovative product features and improvements

Assess tradeoffs, with engineering simplicity, design consistency and the user’s needs in mind. You’ll need to make sure that everything is moving forward in a timely and effective manner

**2. Put the customer at the centre of everything**

Advocate for simplicity, usability, and customer-centric design in every project and discussion

Conduct user research, analyze data, and gather feedback to ensure continuous improvement of the platform's user experience.

Work with our product marketing & success teams to launch new products and features to market and help with the creation and maintenance of documentation, guides, and tutorials

**3. Build processes that allow us to scale**

Write product specifications and document learnings that allow us to keep things sane and coordinated as we scale our teams

**Qualifications**

**Strong needs**

5+ years of product management experience with at least 2+ years on B2B SaaS solution

Use data to drive decision-making

Develop product strategy and KPIs

Understand engineering and communicate effectively with engineering leads

Able to make decisions and thrive in an iterative environment

Strong written and spoken English communication skills

Proven ability to coordinate across remote teams

**Cherry on the cake**

A good understanding of the corporate climate space

Experience as a Platform Product Manager

Experience working in an early-stage startup environment

Background in Software Development and/or experience working with an open-source product
