Your Tasks:

- You will join a dynamic team in a context of transformation and significant investments on the site. Reporting to the CEO of the plant and as a member of the Executive Committee, you will contribute to the business growth in coordination with the Group's management and sales teams. You will participate in strategic decisions of the site and will be responsible for the engineering teams and the internal sales team (13 collaborators). Your missions will be as follows:

- Develop synergy between the engineering and offer poles
- Ensure the technical adequacy of products with customer expectations
- Work closely with Key Account Managers in various countries
- Occasionally visit clients (Europe/World)
- Contribute to the development of the offer portfolio
- Develop opportunities, coordinate, and prepare price proposals for clients within expected deadlines
- Coordinate projects within the factory, provide technical support to the factory, and drive continuous improvement
- Establish, monitor, and manage service performance indicators
- Supervise feasibility studies, design, CAD-CAM, calculation notes, bill of materials, technical specifications, customer notices...
- Ensure support to production, purchasing, quality, marketing, and after-sales service
- Develop product standardization
- Establish processes to capitalize on expertise

**Requirements**:
With a technical higher education background such as Engineering, you have a solid experience in sales or project engineering with high added value in an industrial context. You are comfortable with techno-economic analysis and project management. Your English level is fluent (C1). You have a strong inclination towards understanding customer needs and business development strategies. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. You know how to support and grow your team with a focus on continuous improvement. As a promoter and an action-oriented person, you are a visionary and focused on collective success.
