**Job Summary**:
Join our dynamic Services Sales Team as a Services Account Manager We are seeking a passionate and driven individual with strong sales and business acumen in a technical B2B environment. If you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, this position is for you.
As a Services Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales of our Services portfolio in France. Your role includes promoting Tetra Pak Services during the sales phase, providing support during implementation, and building long-term customer relationships. With a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability, you will identify and capture business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and ensure timely resolution of customer challenges.
The position is based in Paris La Défense or can be home-based in the Southern region of France. Travel up to 50% of the time, predominantly within the South of France, is required.
**What you will do**:
- Drive profitability through service contracts and customer-centric plans.
- Collaborate with the sales team and contribute to key account planning.
- Ensure smooth handover of new equipment to services.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, resolve technical issues, and drive improvements.
- Participate in quality planning and follow-up.
- Track orders and provide updates to customers and colleagues.
- Collaborate with the sales administration team for quotations and contracts.
- Handle technical complaints and find solutions to prevent a recurrence.
**We believe you have**:
- B.Sc. degree or equivalent in Engineering/Science/Technology/Business.
- Minimum 5 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
- Knowledge of food processing and packaging equipment services.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Experience with CRM tools.
