**Sales Advisor - Post description**

The sales advisor will ensure the achievement of his turnover at his point of sale with respect to the brand’s commercial strategy.

**Functions**:

- Develop sales (CA, PdM); ensure the sale, and advise a highly demanding local and international clientele, with discretion and diplomacy in accordance with the values and philosophy of our brand
- Participate in the turnover development and in the achievement of multiple objectives (by axis, IPT, average shopping basket)
- Store management
- Coordinate the management at the point of sale (merchandising, testers, maintenance)
- Coordinate the animation during promotional operations and events

**Required profile**:
Skills:

- Knowledge about the products, sales technique, and the brand
- Listening skills, communication, customer service
- Proficient in English

Required Experience:

- Field experience in the perfume sector
- Excellent presentation skills and essential editorial fluency
- Commercial temperament and a taste for challenges
- Sense of organization and priorities
- Versatility and adaptability
- Passionate about the world of perfume

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary, Contract

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 75001 Paris 1er: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
