Core products include Billing, Payment, Account and Organization Management, IAM, and general console experience. They are used by all of our clients and all the Product teams at Scaleway. The products we build aim to facilitate our clients' lives by providing them with intuitive and simple cloud services so that our customers can focus on their own high-value activities: building software and services You will play a key role in building the product catalog tool for Scaleway’s cloud ecosystem. You will report to your Head of Product Management as part of Scaleway’s Product Management department. Because of your strategic position within the team as a PM, you will be the "go-to" person for all product-related concerns, both internally and externally. You will be in direct contact with developers, Marketing teams, Sales teams, Support teams, and customers on a daily basis **Responsibilities**: - Define, build, and maintain the product roadmap of the future product catalog tool. The objective is to have a single source of truth for collecting, managing, and enriching product information as well as distributing it to our console, website, and directly via API for our clients and partners. - Make sure the squad understands and embodies the roadmap through engaging communications. - Define key metrics to assess the product's health, analyze feature performances, and generate insights. - Understand our users and collect continuous feedback about their current uses and needs and product competition. Documenting this knowledge is very important. The PMs should have a very clear picture of their target customers and buyers and be able to tell their stories to anyone in the company. - Work closely with Engineers and Technical Writers to come up with the best solutions to address our users’ pain points. - Follow up on iterations and make sure they deliver real value to end users and synch with other teams to address functional dependencies. - Continuously engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and feed the global product roadmap. - Showcase the products internally through regular internal training sessions, roadmap presentations, demos, etc. - Participate in the PM guild to improve processes, workflows, and tools. **Minimum Qualifications**: - 3 years experience minimum in Product Management - Experience in fast-paced digital environments where projects are spun up at scale - Strong technical background with the technical capability to test APIs - Proven success in managing cross-functional projects - Proven experience and knowledge of project and product management principles including change management, risk management, stakeholder management, etc. - Proficiency in oral and written English and French languages - Willingness to collaborate with others - Focus on details - Organization **Preferred Qualifications**: - Previous experience related to cloud computing systems and/or Product Information Management tools (Akeneo, Quable, PimCore, etc.) Location Based in our offices in Paris or in Lille, partially remote possible Salary 49,000 - 67,000+ EUR per year Recruitment Process Screening call (30 mins) with Diane PAUL - Talent Acquisition Manager Manager Interview (45 mins) with Diane SEMPERE - Head of Core Products Home Assignment and presentation during the Product interview (45 mins) with other Product Managers HR Interview (45 mins) On average our process lasts 2-3 weeks days and offers usually follow within 48 hours \uD83E\uDD1E**To learn more about us \uD83C\uDF10**Scaleway website \u007C Scaleway’s blog\u007C Scaleway on Twitter
