**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Franchise Support Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to franchisees across different countries, ensuring their successful operation within our franchise system.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting franchisees with their operational needs and inquiries.
- Providing guidance on best practices for franchise operations.
- Monitoring franchisee compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
- Coordinating with internal departments to address franchisee concerns and requests.
- Facilitating the exchange of information and resources between franchisees.
- Organizing regular meetings and training sessions for franchisees.
- Analyzing data and feedback to identify areas for improvement in franchise support.
- Prioritizing and managing connections with franchisees, brokers, and sales teams.
- Regularly checking and updating accounts to ensure accurate information.
- Reviewing and maintaining web pages related to franchise connections.
- Collaborating with internal departments to support connection activities.
- Ensuring that all connections align with the franchise expansion strategy.
- Tracking and reporting on the progress of connections.
- Resolving any issues or inquiries related to franchise connections.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of franchise systems and operations (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Prior experience in franchise support or related roles is a plus.
