The Brand Animation Manager is responsible for establishing marketing plans for Sephora brand partners that drive sales and keep Sephora competitive and beloved by clients. This role collaborates with brands to optimize programs using Sephora’s 360° marketing levers.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:_**
- Brand Activation Advisor_
- Define the brand animation roadmap with offer teams, brand partners and countries
- Serve as main marketing contact for brands’ omnichannel activations
- Construct with the brands and internal experts powerful activation toolboxes for different Sephora programs
- Advise on brand investment in animations
- Animation development_
- Develop omnichannel and trade animations and deliver to countries according to established planning
- Lead the development of 360 supports with internal experts: creative, merchandising, e store, CRM, media & RP, training
- Manage the development and production of trade activations with external partners
- Country advisor_
- Ensure the deployment of EU strategy across the zones
- Manage the animation budgets with countries & brands
- Cross-Functional Marketing Lead_
- Build partnerships cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization
- Define process and ways of working
- Pilot business relation with external partners

- Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to federate and engage cross-functional stakeholders around projects.
- Prior experience in trade marketing / category management.
