The Global Brand Marketing Manager will play a critical role in enabling Sephora's success worldwide—supporting Sephora's unique assortment and maximizing collaboration with brands internationally.

The role will report to the Global Brand Marketing VP.

You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions :

Co-creation of annual brand marketing plan

  • Co-lead the collaborative development of the annual brand marketing plan on portfolio of dedicated brands, working closely with cross-functional teams (merchants, regional marketing teams, etc.)
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with brands and internal teams to brainstorm ideas, set priorities, and allocate resources effectively.
    Present the annual brand marketing plan to senior leadership for approval and secure necessary funding.

Development and execution of global brand strategies

  • Develop and implement comprehensive global brand strategies that align with overall business objectives and drive brand growth in key markets.
  • Define brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines ITK with brands to ensure consistency across all touchpoints in all regions.
  • Plan and develop integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and in-store.
    Guide regions into key global projects implementation.

Annual planning coordination

  • Coordinate all regions in the 2026 Annual Plans process.
  • Ensure that all marketing activities in regions are aligned with the key priorities and opportunities of driving key brands business to Sephora.
    Consolidate and harmonize a view of all regional Annual Plans for 2026 priority brands to share with Global Merchandising teams

Regional management

  • Serve as point of contact for regional brand marketing teams, providing guidance and support in the implementation of global brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to adapt global campaigns and messaging to local market needs and preferences, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance.
    Facilitate regular communication and knowledge sharing between global and regional marketing teams to foster a cohesive and collaborative marketing organization.
