Zoī’s IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting our IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, mobile, networks, and systems. This is an exciting role as it interfaces with different sites including our headquarters and our medical check-up center, requiring excellent technical skills as well as top-notch communication skills. Beyond ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related functions, you will also play a key role in user support to trouble-shoot technical issues with a wide range of end-users (healthcare professionals, product, R&D, and support teams).

**Main Missions**:

- Provide user support (MacOS, Windows, peripherals): setup, troubleshooting, training, and incident management via ticketing system.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and Google Workspace; handle onboarding and offboarding.
- Administer servers, ensuring system security, stability, and performance.
- Maintain and update IT hardware and software inventory.
- Create and update technical documentation; drive continuous improvement of IT processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (clinical, HR, operations) and the headquarters tech team.
- Monitor emerging technologies and recommend relevant solutions.

You’re **curious, proactive, and passionate** about supporting teams with efficient and reliable IT solutions. You enjoy learning new technologies and continuously improving processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science**, or a related field
- Proven experience as an** IT Specialist, IT Support Specialist**, or similar role preferably in hybrid Mac and Windows environments.
- Strong proficiency with **Google Workspace**administration and IT ticketing tools.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPN, Wi-Fi, VLANs) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent **project management skills** and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent written and spoken **French**is mandatory as is operational English
