Nous recrutons actuellement pour notre client un(e) Spécialiste Support sur Paris dans le cadre d'un CDI.

**Rattaché(e) à l'équipe support, vous aurez pour mission**:
D'être le premier point de contact des utilisateurs souhaitant obtenir une assistante technique
De s'assurer que la sécurité de l'information fasse partie intégrante de l'environnement IT et des processus
De contribuer à améliorer les process et les outils pour l'analyse des cyber incidents, leur détection et la réponse à apporter
De travailler étroitement avec le département IT
La création de procédures et d'autres documentations
De consigner les évènements et les problèmes et leur résolution dans l'outil de ticketing
La gestion du cycle de vie de l'équipement IT (Identification du nouveau matériel/ Intégration/ Audit permanent)
La gestion du cycle de vie des utilisateurs (Active Directory, GsuiteAdmin, Google Drive, NAS)
La participation aux projets IT et partage des bonnes pratiques avec l'équipe
