We are a growing team looking for an Account Manager (Carrier/Transport Department) to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. You would join our Carrier coverage team in the Paris office.

**About the role**:
As an Account Manager (Carrier/Transport Department) you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like developing sales activity in the region for which you will be fully responsible, by building the loyalty of carriers and establishing a lasting and trusting relationship.
**In this role you will**:
- Meet the carriers on-site
- Take care of the onboarding, qualification and training of carriers
- Deal with price negotiation and transport purchase on the basis of regular flows
- Partner with carriers in order to obtain a commitment
- Be responsible for margin, tracking and quality provided by your carriers
- Eventually have a perfect knowledge of the prices and inbound/outbound flows in your region
- Be in constant interaction with other services (operations, sales, data, product, etc.)

**Preferably you are**:
- You have a team spirit and strong interpersonal skills
- You like challenges to go above and beyond
- You are fluent in both French and English. Spanish is a real plus for this role
- You have the driving license to visit the carriers
- You persistent and persuasive
- You are curious and want to learn
