- **Profil : Intermédiaire ( 6/8 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie du pétrole et du gaz en tant qu’ingénieur des procédés )**

- **Missions**:
**- Activités d’ingénierie de la conception des procédés pour les projets (conception, faisabilité, FEED et conception détaillée) et les propositions (conception, faisabilité, FEED et conception détaillée) et des propositions**:
**- Préparation de simulations de processus ;**
**- Préparation des bilans thermiques et matériels et des bilans d’utilité ;**
**- Préparation des dessins de procédés (PFD, MSD, P&ID) ;**
**- Préparation des notes de calcul pour les équipements et les instruments (cuves, pompes, vannes de contrôle, PSV, etc.) ;**
**- Préparation des fiches de données de processus pour l’équipement ;**
**- Calcul de la taille des lignes et préparation de la liste des lignes ;**
**- Calculs hydrauliques (chute de pression) ;**
**- Calcul des torchères et des purges ;**
**- Préparation des diagrammes de cause et d’effet ;**
**- Préparation de notes techniques / descriptions (description du procédé, (description du processus, narration des contrôles, manuels d’exploitation, etc.)**

- **Compétences requises**:
**- Expérience de la conception de processus dans l’industrie du pétrole et du gaz, et en particulier de la conception de systèmes d’utilisation et de sites hors sites.**
**- Une connaissance du GNL est un atout (systèmes utilitaires pour les usines de liquéfaction du GNL).**

- **Logiciels**:
**- Des compétences intermédiaires en matière de simulateur de processus sont requises (HYSYS ou équivalent).**
**- Des compétences de base en simulation dynamique sont un atout.**
**- Des compétences de base en matière de logiciels de simulation hydraulique sont un atout**
