Within Global Market Operations, you are part of the FIC Documentation & Confirmations division that documents and confirms rate, credit, foreign exchange and commodities transactions.

We work with the various operational departments, but also with the legal and IT department. We also have many contacts with the different Front Offices around the world.

On a daily basis, you are responsible for:

- Ensuring the timely sending of confirmations of rate, credit, exchange and commodities derivatives transactions;
- Send notices and payment slips to counterparties;
- Take over the return of signed confirmations to reduce outstanding;
- Manage the common BAL (managing variances, customer requests and cross-functional business lines);
- Support the configuration of customer data in systems;
- Be a proposal force on different topics and optimize tools and processes.

With a higher education in market finance, you have first experience in the field of confirmations on derivatives.

You are familiar with:

- Derivatives;
- The usual office tools.

You have a great relationship, a very good listening skills, you are:

- Rigorous and responsive;
- Respectful of company procedures;
- Good analytical and anticipatory skills.

You master English with a B2 level.
