About The Team
Prelude was founded by former Zenly team members who experienced firsthand the limitations of existing authentication solutions. While building products used by millions, we saw how SMS authentication had become expensive, unreliable, and vulnerable to spam and fraud, ultimately leading to the creation of Prelude.

Today, we are a team of 40 and growing, based in Paris, building products that power secure and high-performance user onboarding for companies across Europe and the US. We believe small, highly skilled teams outperform large, fragmented organizations, and we are intentional about staying focused on impact, quality, and speed.

About The Role
We're looking for a Cold Outreach Specialist to own and execute our outbound email outreach strategy end-to-end. You'll use your past experience building email campaigns, targeted lists, and compelling sequences to drive quality engagement and responses from prospects, helping build a predictable outbound channel that feeds our sales pipeline - a role with plenty of ownership and autonomy where you can deliver real impact.

What will you be doing?

  • Researching, identifying, validating and segmenting contact lists of high-fit prospects, using tools like Instantly, Clay, LinkedIn and more
  • Designing, writing and launching cold email sequences resonating with our ICPs, including thoughtful hooks and CTAs
  • Optimizing continuously - A/B testing subject lines, sequencing and send timing to improve conversion rates
  • Tracking performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, response rates), and reporting on insights to maximise pipeline impact
  • Passing qualified responses to the sales team with clear context and accurate tagging in our CRM, HubSpot

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience crafting outbound email campaigns driving tangible business results
  • Experience sourcing and validating prospect emails and data
  • Excellent copywriting skills - able to write concise and compelling messages well tailored to different personas, with an understanding of when (and when not) to use AI
  • Experience using tools like Instantly, Clay, and HubSpot
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data
  • Ideally, familiarity with deliverability best practices and email authentication, and experience with HubSpot or similar systems for tracking pipeline and outreach
  • Enthusiasm for our mission and excitement about our product
