Logistics Project Manager

**Location**:Roissy-en-France (close to Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport). Must be available to travel to other locations in France and occasionally on other branches outside France.

**Schedule**:Monday to Sunday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading and managing specific projects. Experience in constructions is appreciated;
- Proactive management of all risks and issues and initiating corrective actions, recovery plans and intervention to achieve successful delivery of the projects;
- Estimate logistics related resources and time and establish priorities effectively;
- Engage in contract negotiations with logistics suppliers and sub-contractors;
- Responsible for completing projects on time and in coordination with the outsourced suppliers;
- Identify lead-time constraints, and take corrective actions to remedy any issues with project delivery;
- Do proactive planning, monitoring, management and reporting of project progress;
- Management of the project budget, forecasting, monitoring, and reporting spend;
- The proactive identification and implementation of efficiency and cost saving initiatives;
- Correspond with different team members and external suppliers;
- Performs other duties as required (research and implement legal requirements through our lawyers, renting commercial and residential properties and managing the facilities, managing stocks and suppliers, representing the company in controls from authorities).
