Pour accompagner notre développement, nous recrutons un(e) Logistics Manager pour structurer, piloter et faire évoluer nos opérations, le tout dans un contexte de croissance

Votre rôle

Rattaché(e) à Ananda, notre Head of Operations, vous êtes responsable de la stratégie et de l'exécution logistique, des flux amont jusqu'au last mile.

Vous pilotez les flux Make To Stock (MTS) et Make To Order (MTO), garantissez une expérience client premium sur des produits volumineux, et êtes owner de la performance économique de la logistique & du transport, avec un impact direct sur le P&L.

Vos principales responsabilités

Stratégie & performance économique

  • Définir et piloter la stratégie logistique sur les flux MTO / MTS

  • Être garant(e) du ratio logistique et de la maîtrise des coûts (stockage, préparation, transport, last mile)

  • Piloter le budget logistique et mesurer son impact direct sur le P&L

  • Identifier et déployer des leviers d'optimisation coûts / service à chaque étape de la chaîne

Opérations & expérience client

  • Structurer et optimiser les flux inbound, stockage, préparation et outbound

  • Piloter la qualité du last mile pour des produits volumineux (SLA, RDV, taux d'incidents, satisfaction client)

  • Construire et animer des partenariats solides avec les logisticiens et transporteurs (3PL)

  • Suivre et améliorer les KPIs clés : coûts, délais, qualité de livraison, taux de litiges

Management & projets

  • Manager et faire monter en compétence notre Logistics Specialist

  • Être moteur sur les projets structurants, dont le déménagement d'entrepôt

  • Piloter les business reviews avec les partenaires et définir des plans d'amélioration concrets

  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Customer Care, Développement produits et Sales
