**Entity and activity description** Speciality Gases (SG) Europe** guides and coordinates EUI Clusters and Specialty Gases sites to drive an efficient supply chain for SG products and develop the Customer Experience. SG Europe team (multicultural) is focused on:
- Operational performance across all SG european sites
- Strategic Roadmap & Tools: Accreditation, Product referential, Capex, IT (leveraging with ALign)
- Sourcing, Operations & Supply Chain: control on resources, lead time, reliability, synergies and cost
- GYM / Operational Efficiencies
- Business Controlling & Support: Staffing (HR), Ops Control, Strategic Procurement
**Missions and Responsibilities**
As part of the SG Europe Central Team, the **SG Europe VIE Business analysis** will, under the supervision of the **SG Europe Industrial Controller**, ensure the update, the accuracy and the analysis of the main SG Europe data to ensure an understanding of the SG business & operations in Europe:
- Update and improvement of SG Europe Dashboard
- Analyse the main KPIs with the SG plants and SG Europe Central Team
- Update and analysis the SG Europe plants costs of production
- Assist the SG Europe Industrial Control in the efficiencies & Capex follow up
- Ad hoc analysis on SG production & business
**Competencies and Profile**
- Master Degree in Finance, Operations Control, Industrial Control, or other relevant fields
- Strong analysis competencies
- Rigour
- Willingness to understand the operations / business stakes
- Good communication capacities
- Power BI is a plus
- Previous ops control background or PG/SG experience is a plus
**Language: English fluency is mandatory**
**Additional information** Position based in Gellep, Germany for an initial period of 12 months, extendable once.**
The V.I.E., an international young graduate program, enables young professionals who are less than 28 and European Union nationals to work for a French company in any country of the world.
