Soutenir l'implémentation des initiatives d'excellence opérationnelles en appliquant les outils et les méthodes LEAN
- Déployer des solutions d'optimisation et de standardisation dans l'atelier
- Sensibiliser et former le personnel aux nouvelles méthodes de travail et aux principes du LEAN Management.
- Analyser les dysfonctionnements les plus significatifs, identifier les actions correctives.
- Participer aux projets 6S de l'atelier
- Support des équipes process pour la standardisation des outils et des documents
