Project Manager

The Limoges site with a proven expertise in aseptic filling is currently our Center of Excellence in Biotechnology for European market focused on clinical activities (until phase 3). We are looking for a **Project Manager** to participate in Limoges growth

The role:

- Enable the on-plan delivery of development projects (scope, timeline, budget) within the PD portfolio
- Grow and maintain key partnerships within PD, with other organizations and with partners/customers outside of Catalent
- Effectively communicate on a timely basis with management and other departments within Catalent and customers to ensure clear understanding and acknowledgment of project/program status, risks, actions, and outcomes
- Design, coordinate, and manage the logístical component of development projects in a cross functional capacity
- Employ and improve quantifiable measures to gauge status of the project and ensure that objectives are being achieved from inception to completion in a timely manner
- Manage customer relationships on projects and enable forums for customer and Catalent interactions
- Responsible for the design, coordination, and management of multiple programs at the department level to meet scope and timeline requirements.
- Manage project/program activities throughout lifecycle by effectively utilizing the GATE review process and project team structure.
- Manage staff on projects to ensure resource requirements are met, and constraints identified
- Mentor, train and coach staff in establishing effective studies with appropriate risk management
- Keep updated on regulatory guidelines to ensure programs are current
- Operate under and maintain GMP/GLP conditions as appropriate
- Represent functional area and projects at local, technical, governance, executive and customer meetings
- Communicate and ensure staff awareness and understanding of Catalent strategy, initiatives, expectations, processes, and portfolio status
- Must be able to work extended hours, weekends as needed, especially when problems occur or when deadlines must be met.
- Be able to travel for Customer visit and Catalent workshop or training, if needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Master or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration (Marketing), Engineering or related field.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Previous project management experiences in pharmaceutical environment.
- Demonstrated experience dealing with various levels in pharmaceutical and/or manufacturing challenges from development to program launch within an organization and with external customers.
- Highly effective negotiation, diplomatic, and conflict resolutions skills.
- Superb creation and facilitation of meetings, feedback sessions, and briefings to create consensus among stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in project delivery and execution of project management methods.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team and achieve results.
