Formation Bac+5 (ingénieur, master ou équivalent) en pharmacie industrielle, biotechnologie, qualité ou génie des procédés
- Expérience confirmée (5 ans ou plus) en qualification/validation dans un environnement GMP/BPF, idéalement en pharmaceutique
- Expérience réussie dans la gestion de SAT, et la coordination d’équipeBonne maîtrise des normes et exigences réglementaires (GMP, GxP, BPF)

Dans le cadre de projets d'installation de nouveaux équipements pharmaceutiques, nous recherchons un **Chef de Projet SAT**expérimenté pour piloter les activités de **qualification/validation**sur site, en lien avec les exigences **BPF/GMP**. Vous serez responsable de la coordination technique et documentaire des activités SAT, ainsi que de l’encadrement d’une équipe de chargés de qualification.

**Vos missions principales**:

- Piloter les activités **SAT (Site Acceptance Test)**et de **qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ)**d’équipements pharmaceutiques
- Coordonner et animer une équipe de **chargés de qualification**:

- Assurer la conformité documentaire (protocoles, rapports, matrice de traçabilité, etc.) selon les standards **GMP/BPF**:

- Être l’interface entre les fournisseurs, les équipes projet internes (qualité, production, ingénierie) et les sous-traitants
- Participer aux réunions de suivi projet, remonter les risques et proposer des actions correctives
- Suivre l’avancement des tests, planifier les ressources et assurer le respect des délais
