- Part-Time | Paris 16ᵗʰ | September 2026 Magic NANNIES, International Bilingual Placement Agency, is recruiting on behalf of a lovely family based in Paris 16ᵗʰ (metro Chardon-Lagache) for a native English-speaking nanny to care for two children aged 10 and 8 years old(from September 2026). Position Details
- Location: Paris 16ᵗʰ
- Rue Chardon-Lagache
- Start Date: September 2026
- Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week:
- Monday, Tuesday & Friday: two afternoons 4:30 pm
- 7:30 pm (expected to be Tuesday and Friday, to be confirmed in September); the remaining day 6:00 pm
- 7:30 pm:
- Wednesday:8:30 am
- 7:30 pm**:
- Thursday:6:00 pm
- 7:30 pm**:
- Salary:18 to 20€ net/hour*
* The Role The family is looking for a reliable, confident and proactive nanny who will create a positive English-speaking environment while ensuring the children's daily routine runs smoothly. Responsibilities include:
- Collecting the children from school and accompanying them to activities when required
- Speaking exclusively in English with the children
- Supervising homework and encouraging their independence
- Preparing simple, healthy meals for the children (cooking larger quantities for future meals is appreciated)
- Organising the children's belongings and maintaining tidy play and living areas
- Managing the children's daily routines with consistency and structure The family is seeking someone who is:
- A native English speaker:
- Experienced with school-aged children
- Highly organised, efficient and dependable
- Confident in establishing clear, respectful boundaries
- Calm, warm and naturally authoritative
- Proactive and capable of anticipating the family's needs
- Comfortable preparing simple family-style meals for the children
- Looking for a long-term position Rather than a highly creative or activity-led profile, the family values a nanny who enjoys creating a well-organised, smoothly run household, while maintaining a kind, respectful and reassuring approach with the children.
