**YOUR MISSION AS FINANCE MANAGER**:
Your mission as Finance Manager is to ensure Kolsquare’s financial excellence—driving profitable growth, compliance, and strategic alignment across the organization.

**YOUR SCOPE AS FINANCE MANAGER**:
Reporting to the CFO, you will ensure operational excellence in Kolsquare’s finance functions, support strategic initiatives by leading key processes, and align financial goals with overall company objectives. Specifically, you wil

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver accurate reporting and drive financial projects.

Partner with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, M&A, and alignment with the team.blue group’s standards.

Lead system improvements (ERP, automation) to elevate operational efficiency.

**YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Oversee Operational Finance**
- Ensure timely monthly, quarterly and yearly closing.Manage day-to-day treasury, anticipate cash needs, and optimize cash management.
- Produce and analyze**financial reporting** for the Group and Management.
- Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor budget execution and conduct regular reforecasting to adapt to business performance and evolving needs

**Manage External Relations**
- Serve as a key point of contact for accountants, banks, tax authorities, and auditors.
- Ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements.

**Automate and Optimize**
- Actively participate in the implementation of NetSuite ERP and drive continuous improvement of financial tools and processes.
- Identify optimization opportunities to enhance efficiency (automation, digitalization, etc.).

**Track and Analyze Financial KPIs**
- Develop and monitor performance indicators (margins, cash flow, profitability, etc.).
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support the strategic vision of the company.

**Act as a Key Contributor**
- Identify improvement areas (processes, organization, tools) and lead optimization projects.
- Contribute to financial strategy and M&A or TS projects if required.

**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE**:
**Education**:Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management Control (business school, university, or equivalent).

**Experience: 4-5 years, ideally including**
- Experience in an audit firm (Big 4) or in Transaction Services (TS) or M&A,
- And/or experience in a corporate role as a Finance Manager / Financial Controller.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and closing processes.
- Solid background in financial analysis, reporting, and KPI management.
- Experience in process automation and ERP implementation (NetSuite is an advantage).

**Languages**:
Native French and fluent English is required (international environment and group reporting).

**Soft Skills**:

- Rigorous and organized, ensuring reliable financial statements.
