**Role and mission**
As all around and experienced Business Analyst on SAP SuccessFactors (SF), you are responsible for designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors solutions for our customers. Your main tasks will include:

- Translating business requirements into functional specifications;
- Defining creative and efficient solutions that are aligned with the customer’s strategy and vision;
- Advising clients on human capital processes in SAP SF
- Supporting the delivery of projects using SAP SF as a technology enabler;
- Assisting in the development of pre-sales activities in new solutions like SuccessFactors and SAP Hana Cloud Platform

**Profil recherché**:** Your profile**
- You hold a Master’s degree in IT, Human Resources, Engineer or equivalent;
- You have a minimum of 6 years relevant SAP SuccessFactors experience in business or IT integration;
- You have good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors in several of the following modules: Employee Central and performance management, learning, succession development and recruiting / on-boarding;
- You have experience in designing integrations (including design workshops, mapping, testing and deploying) for SuccessFactors;
- You have experience in building integrations with CPI - SAP Cloud Platform Integrations;
- You have strong technical understanding of SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and the ability to manage the integration / interfaces with legacies;
- You have a good knowledge of data integration and process integration regarding HRIS;
- You have excellent communication skills (both written and orally) in French or EnglishGerman, and English;
