Role Description

This is a full-time role for a SuccessFactors Consultant located in Paris. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet client needs, ensuring alignment with business goals. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with client teams to gather requirements, conducting system analyses, and providing technical and functional expertise. Additionally, the role entails troubleshooting, resolving system-related issues, and delivering training sessions and support to end-users.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, or other related modules
  • Skills in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and technical/system configuration
  • Proficiency in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and providing timely technical support
  • Ability to deliver training sessions and provide knowledge transfer to end-users
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for working closely with clients and cross-functional teams
  • Relevant certifications in SuccessFactors and a background in HR systems are an advantage
  • Fluency in English and French is preferred
