As a **Human Ressources (HR) Business Services Manager**, you will provide HR services in direct link with the departments and managers of the scope supply chain & Manufacturing for two plants, 3 km of distance (Marly: 300 pers., Saultain: 200 pers).
Integrating the French team and under the direction of the HR Country Leader France, your role as a HR specialist and business support, is to intervene, in a multi-sites and multi-business environment, according to the policies and objectives fixed by the Group.
**Key Responsibilities**Guiding, mentoring and advising managers**, thanks to your expertise and your ability to work transversally with the various departments in all their human issues (conflicts, training ) within ongoing cultural changes such as a **digital transformation** in which you are asked to be a support and an actor.- Ensuring the implementation and compliance with the Group’s internal policies and contractual agreements.- Research for current and potential work relationship issues, opportunities and assess their impact.- Coordinating local discussions and/or participating in exchanges with Professional Organizations and maintaining an efficient dialogue. **Leading Work Council negotiations for Marly and Saultain** with the Site Managers.- Member of the Sites Leadership Team- Collaborating with the countries’ leaders to find opportunities for continuous improvement and centralization of work activities to the overall strategy.
**Qualifications**- Confirmed solid work experience of 5 years on a similar position. Experience in piloting CSE and negotiating with Professional Organizations is required.- Respectful and **excellent communicator**, you enjoy working as a team, demonstrating **autonomy**, curiosity, analysis and discernment in your HR diagnoses.- Recognized for your charism and abilities to exchange and build balanced working relationships internally and externally.- Stress management, **on site work**, your ability to efficiently seek HR issues and to evolve within both industrial sectors are key success factors to perform in this position- Proficient in French and English and familiar with IT tools.- Why joining PPG?
