As **Aftermarket Sales**, you are the point of contact for customers in your region and you play an important role in maintaining and further expanding customer relationships within the existing installed base. You proactively sell steel process belts, spare parts, service activities, retrofits, upgrades and preventive maintenance contracts from IPCO. In doing so, you work independently and in a customer-oriented way, and you know how to recognize and take advantage of commercial opportunities.

IPCO is an international supplier of industrial process solutions, specializing in the development, production and maintenance of steel process belts and associated systems. The Swedish parent company IPCO Process Systems is active in more than 30 countries worldwide and has more than 120 years of experience in the process industry. IPCO's technology is applied in sectors such as the food industry, chemicals, plastics processing and pharmaceuticals, with the aim of enabling sustainable production on a large scale.

The organization is characterized by an informal and open culture. There is cooperation with the Swedish headquarters, including in the field of reporting and support.

**Function description**
- **Relationship management**: You maintain contact with different customer profiles (from technicians to management) and build lasting relationships. You understand customer needs and advise on suitable solutions from the IPCO portfolio.
- **Product optimization**: You promote innovations from IPCO, such as new technologies or improvements through our Productivity Centers, and help customers further optimize their processes.
- **Documentation & CRM**: You keep accurate customer information in our CRM system and ensure correct and timely recording of quotations, reports and action points.
- **Problem solving**: You identify technical bottlenecks with customers in a timely manner and make proposals to solve them structurally, for example by using suitable materials or maintenance strategies.
- **Quality improvement**: You actively think about product improvements and share insights with internal departments. You follow market developments and competition to strengthen our customer value.
- **Safety & integrity**: You act in line with the IPCO code of conduct and safety guidelines, and contribute to a safe working environment, both internally and at the customer's premises.
- **Knowledge & leadership**: You have good knowledge of the IPCO product portfolio and know how to convey this convincingly to customers. You work independently, take initiative and are a connecting force within the team.

**Your work environment**

You are part of a small, close-knit team in France, based in Orléans. You will work closely with other colleagues in the region and with international departments within IPCO. The culture is open, collegial and result-oriented, with room for own initiative and responsibility.

**Offer**

Ipco uses the collective labor agreement 'wholesale trade' collective agreement in France. A nice salary depending on experience between €3,500 and €4,000 per month and a good commission scheme You will also receive a phone, laptop and car to be able to do your work as well as possible.
