**Job description**:
**Overall job definition**:

- In charge of the Purchasing Activities Coordination for ACC innovation departments (Materials/Components).
- Leading advanced sourcing activities (sampling), coordinating activities between innovation departments and Commodity Buyers in line with ACC technical-innovation roadmap and QCT
- Establishing with/for commodity buyers the 1st business relationship with start up and innovative companies Monitore and report Innovation Purchasing roadmap & KPI

**Cross functional role**:

- Represent Purchasing Function inside Innovation and Innovation Project Core Team.
- Ensures full collaboration/ and interaction between Innovation, advanced project and Purchasing.
- Cascade and Secure Innovation requirement to commodity buyers Ensure commodity purchasing team Strategy inputs are fully considered by Innovation teams to optimize overall ACC future competitiveness and supplier relationship

**Main missions**:

- Exploration : Sets up a strong purchasing and technical watch (new suppliers, new technologies, market trends follow-up)
- Support to prototyping activity on innovation projects (one shot prototypes / prototyping with expert suppliers)
- Represents Purchasing in innovation project teams
- Lead the Innovation / Purchasing team weekly committee
- Coordinates innovation related activities in Purchasing Team
- Develops strong relationship with suppliers of battery cells technologies (Start up, Labs scale up, chemical, mechanical,process,) and facilitates exchanges with R&D Teams
- Detects the relevant innovation concepts and ideas for ACC, shares them with R&D Teams and Global Purchasing.
- Cross-link ACC roadmap with Suppliers network roadmaps
- Sets up Cost effective guidelines for future industrial products : provides cost breakdown analyzis / Supports RFI preparation with commodity buyers

**Profile**:
**Knowledge**:

- Strong technical background (chemistry materials and/or Processes as first priority)
- Purchasing Key Process (Panel Management, Sourcing, Contract)
- Experience in international business
- Capability of working in cross-functional teams

**Experience**:

- 5years in Purchasing with significant Project experience

Domain: EV Automotive, Battery Business or Material/Chemistry industries

**Qualifications**:

- Master Degree in Engineering and/or Business Field (Purchasing specialization)
- Languages : English mandatory / French, German, Italian, Chinese as a plus
