At Frontier, we have dedicated teams that provide support to our economists, working across our London and European offices. These teams form our Business Management Team (BMT) and include Facilities, Practice Co-ordination, IT, Clients, People and Finance.

We are currently looking for an individual to join us as a **Team Assistant** in our Practice Co-ordination Team (PCT) in Paris. Our PCT sits across our 7 offices and is made up of c.22 individuals. Their key responsibility is to ensure that our practices and offices are provided with a high quality support on a variety of business and administration needs.

This is an **excellent opportunity** for someone at the start of their career who is engaged, has initiative, loves teamwork and wants to develop their career. in an administrative function. They will **provide support to our busy Paris office, working closely with the Senior PA to ensure the smooth running of the office management and practice support**. Our work environment is based on collaboration, innovation and fungibility. We seek a flexible and team spirited approach to working closely with other colleagues across offices on a variety of administrative asks in support of the business.

Some core tasks in this varied role are:

- Office management support
- Front of House support
- Travel & Expense Management
- Diary and Visitor Management
- Administrative PA tasks
- Events & Socials planning support

**Essential Skills and Experience**:

- Confident in using all Microsoft Office programmes (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) to a good standard
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work proactively and independently.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Confident in building positive working relationships across the company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team player with a flexible, proactive and professional attitude
- Language skills - business French and English

**Desirable Skills and Experience**:

- Language skills - German or Spanish
