**Job Description**:
A great opportunity for an individual to participate in the in-depth development and deployment of new products in the MCU32 (32 bit microcontrollers) business unit to ensure meeting the “time to market” goals. Other key responsibilities include:
- Join cross-functional teams to perform key engineering tasks in test S/W engineering for mature and new products- Identify and implement value engineering activities to improve test H/W & S/W for cost effectiveness- Perform test program development (Flows, test blocks, functions, pattern,) for Final test, Wafer sort and characterization. Ability to debug on tester platforms, according to NPI Silicon validation specifications.- Define - based on software methodologies - test program skeletons and frameworks to ease development, portability and reduce maintainability.- Develop test methodologies (DFT / BIST / ABIST,) to solve new product test requirements- Develop self test code to exercise modules on device and communicate results to tester.- Provide tactical engineering support to contract manufacturers- Participate in test platform and test instruments consolidation with a company-wide test understanding, deep knowledge of business unit product roadmap and test expectations.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Education

BS/MS or similar in electronics engineering, ECE, computer science or related engineering course

Experience

No experience necessary but prefer hands-on experience in a high volume, manufacturing environment with product and test engineering experience in microcontrollers, microprocessor, memory, analog products.

Mandatory Skills- Applied programming skills on C, C++, Python programming languages.- Semiconductor test technique experiences in digital, mixed signal, structural tests (DFT), BIST methodologies, analog (ADC, DAC,), memory testing (SRAM, FLASH,) and SIP (System In Package), Module products.- Experience in Microcontroller test program debugging and methodologies- Test Hardware (L/B or DIB board) schematic review and PCB debugging knowledge.- Ability to work with various groups located around the world (Europe, Asia, US)

Preferred Skills- Good knowledge of IC packaging, testing, manufacturing process technologies- Test programming skills on COHU/Xcerra ATE platform (D10, DiamondX) with experience on TP development including tester platform conversion/migration.- Background on older tester platforms (Teradyne J750, Nextest Magnum) is an advantage- Familiar with device qualification, silicon validation, correlation methods and test H/W & S/W development- Excellent analytical, project leadership, communication and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of 6-sigma programs, 8D process, FMEA, SPC and formal problem-solving skills- Hands on knowledge in new product test development is desirable- Knowledge of IC design, test development tools and wafer fab process preferred- Familiarity with simulation and fault grading tools preferred- Ability to perform loadboard schematic design is a strong advantage- English spoken and read/written fluent (French speaking, reading/writing is appreciated)- Ability to drive system and process implementation- Team player, flexible and results oriented
