Rattaché au Station Manager, le Station Coordinaton assurer l’organisation et le suivi de la production de l’Escale Eurostar Continental et autres prestataires afin de permettre le respect du plan de transport et des standards de qualité de service Bienvenue Chez Nous +. Les responsabilités du Station Coordinator sont applicables en Gare du Nord avec les liaisons vers et en provenance de l’Allemagne, les Pays Bas et la Belgique.

**Requirements**:
**Nous cherchons quelqu’un pour**
- Anticiper et suivre la production opérationnelle afin de permettre le respect du plan de transport et des standards de qualité de service Bienvenue Chez Nous +.
- Être force de proposition dans la gestion des aléas auprès de l’OCC afin d’offrir son expertise terrain.
- Faciliter le suivi du plan de transport pour l’équipe quai et les prestataires via l'outil de suivi
- Définir en fonction du plan de transport et de son évolution en opérationnel les types d'embarquements pour chaque circulation au départ afin d'assurer un niveau de sécurité optimum
- Briefer l’équipe et les prestataires sur l’actualité Eurostar Continental afin de faciliter l’organisation des embarquements sur le terrain.
- Définir en amont le planning de chaque agent afin de pouvoir répondre efficacement aux modifications du plan de transport.
- Réceptionner et relayer les informations provenant de l’OCC, Régie Gare SNCF, Poste 1GL, Landy afin d’informer les équipes/prestataires des évolutions du plan de transport.
- Participer à la préparation des trains afin d’assurer un appui à l’équipe quai.
- Assurer la gestion en pré-opérationnelle et en opérationnelle de l’information voyageur afin d’assurer la bonne circulation des flux clients en gare.
- Coordonner et participer à la prise en charge des clients lors des situations perturbées afin d’améliorer l’expérience des clients
- Accompagner les équipes Eurostar Continental afin d’assurer le maintien des compétences, de la qualité de service et du respect des procédures (KN1, contrôle connaissances/comportement, etc.)
- Assister le Station Manager dans des missions annexes afin de veiller à délivrer aux clients un service de qualité.

- Une expérience significative dans le secteur du ferroviaire
- Une solide expérince comme manager
- La capacité à travailler avec divers interlocuteurs internes et externes
- Une très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais
