**Role Overview**

**We are looking for**:

- An Environmental Assessment and Life Cycle Analysis Engineer to expand our team of passionate experts to help us ensure we meet our 2030 sustainability commitments and bring these to life in our everyday operations.

**We count on you for**:

- Bringing your expertise in assessing the environmental impact of Solvay Group's products and processes, contributing to eco-design and the building of circular economy.
- Digging into data and bringing an understanding of engineering concepts and natural sciences.
- Taking an active role in shaping our future ways of working and bringing hands-on and can-do approach to any task.
- Sharing concepts and content in a tailored way that enables and empowers a wide array of stakeholders to make informed strategic, tactical and operational choices.

For that purpose you:

- Assess the environmental impacts of a diversified portfolio of products and innovative processes,
- Communicate your results (writing technical notes, oral presentations),
- You participate in the development of the team's methods (knowledge of databases, use of SimaPro software, LCA methodology, etc.)
- Distribute and valuate your work internally and externally
- Share and capitalize on your know-how and skills

**You will bring**
- Master 2 in chemistry or general engineer with specialization in LCA of products and processes;
- Experience of 2 to 4 years minimum in the field of LCA; experience or bases of LCA for circular economy would be a plus;
- Excellent knowledge of sustainability concepts, principles and tools (LCA);
- Sensitivity to the economic & environmental approach;
- Practice of software(s) (SIMAPRO, GABI...) and LCA databases;
- Good communication skills;
- Business fluent English (written / oral).
