Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with local Smoore Shops, convenience stores, and other retail outlets to promote Smoore products.
Identify potential business opportunities, negotiate partnerships, and drive sales growth in the Paris region.
Conduct regular visits to retail stores to build rapport, assess stock levels, and ensure product visibility.
Present Smoore products to store owners/managers, highlighting unique selling points and value propositions.
Execute promotional activities and in-store marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and boost sales.
Collect feedback from partners and customers to improve product offerings and enhance the customer experience.
Report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the Regional Sales Manager.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored strategies for the French market.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards regarding vaping products.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the FMCG or vaping industry.
Strong network of contacts within convenience stores and local retailers in Paris.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Fluent in French and English.
Willingness to travel frequently within France.
